Quicklizard has created a status page to keep clients informed about current outages and planned maintenance. This guide will show all you need to know about it.
To access the status page simply login to the Quicklizard platform and click on the status page link under 'Documentation' in the navigation bar
The page provides information on 4 main components:
- User Interface: Refers to the Quicklizard web platform interface. If there are issues in the interface, this doesn't impact the actual results. Most UI issues would relate to log in or dashboards.
- Pricing process: Any issues in the technichal services that make up the pricing process and that would cause in the overall pricing process would be covered under the 'pricing process' component.
- API: Manages connections and data transfers between Quicklizard systems and external platforms over API.
- Delivery mechanism: Handles the delivery of files and data either via secure file transfer protocol services, email, or other mechanisms.
