The recommendations table is a feature used to view recommendations based on certain filters or values to get data for the products that you are looking for.
First, on the left panel, we need to access the recommendations tab by clicking the following button:
Then a screen will show with the latest recommendations from the last 24 hours.
You can filter the pricing period range by selecting it from the toggle button on the top right corner can filter to when the latest pricing of the product occurred, by using the 'Pricing period' by setting it to past 24h, past 2 days, past 7 days and all recommendations which is the last two months.
We can also add filters using the 'Filters' button on the top left corner.
A dropdown menu will appear with the default for "where" set to product status, and it will be possible to filter products by enabled, disabled, and all.
Additionally, we can use the "And" button to filter by attributes and other stats we have. Please note that only attributes set to visible in the settings will appear.
Below are the filters that appear to all clients:
Competitor Position - choose a specific competitor and filter by cheaper than this competitor, same as this competitor or expensive than this competitor:
Competitor Price Available - Choose a competitor from your list and receive all recommendations that has a valid price for this specific competitor. The field will be auto completed and you can select from the options shown, like here for example.
Competitor Price Change - See recommendations with or without changes in your priced competitors:
Conversions (24h) / Conversions (7d)/conversions (30d) - Filter by a specific range of conversions for the past 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days:
Cost - Filter by a specific range of cost.
Creation Date - Filter by the products creation date:
Inventory - Filter by a specific range of inventory level.
Accepted recommendations - Filter products by their accepted status.
All - All recommendations that were set accepted.
Manual override - All recommendations that were edited manually by the user.
Promoted - Recommendations that come from an active promotion.
Not accepted - All recommendations that were not accepted.
Manual accepted - Recommendations that were manually accepted by the user.
Not approved - All recommendations that are not accepted.
Auto accepted - Recommendations that were automatically accepted by the system.
External accepted -

Margin - shelf price - Filter by a specific range of margin of your current shelf price.
Margin Recommendation - Filter by a specific range of margin of your current recommendations.
Market Position - Filter by your position regarding the visible competitors.
For example, setting it as 'Cheapest', meaning you are the cheapest, you can choose what position you want by using the dropdown menu.
Price Changes - Filter recommendations with changes, without changes, recommendation to increase or decrease your price.
Priced Competitors - Filter to see all of your priced competitors, a specific number of competitors or filter the products you are the only one with a valid price.
Pricing Channel - Filter by a specific pricing channel.
Pricing Errors - Filter to see if there are any products with pricing error.
Pricing Group - Filter by a specific pricing group.
Pricing Strategy - Filter by a specific pricing strategy.
Views (24h) / Views (7d) - Filter by specific range of views for the past 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
You can now easily generate reports with the selected columns in the UI by pressing "Select Columns", choose the relevant columns (you can also filter for competitor data) and then press Actions > Download to excel" button. This allows you to create a custom report that includes only the data you need, making analysis more focused and efficient.
In addition to filtering or downloading reports, there are numerous actions you can take, such as accepting all recommendations, or sending a sample to pricing.
Note:

Calculation Method:
The value is calculated during the pricing process based on the last 30 days counted back from the current second of the request — not from midnight-to-midnight or calendar days.
Time Zone Behavior:
The calculation is based on a rolling 30-day window relative to the system timestamp.
Therefore, user time zones do not impact the calculation or filtering of activity:30d.units.
