1. Create a new View
Go to the Pricing Recommendations Page (PRP) and customize the view; apply all the filters, column selections, and sorting preferences you want.
Click the ⋮ button, which is shown at the top of the page next to the number of Items. This opens the Save as a New View option.
Enter a View Name for your new View in the pop-up window.
By default your new View will be added to the Root folder.
If additional folders are available, you can add your new View to any of the shown folders.
How to create new folders is described down below.
(Optional) Turn on the Set as homepage option if you want to see your View each time you enter the QL system. By default the homepage is set to be the Performance Dashboard.
Click the Save View button.
Result: Your View is now saved and will appear in the My Views submenu, under the Product Prices menu.
2. Organize Views in Folders
You can create folders — and even subfolders — to group your personal views for better organization and easy access. Both Folders and Views are ordered alphabetically within each folder, making navigation quick and consistent.
- Create a new Folder by opening the My Views submenu and clicking the 'Add folder' icon in the top right corner of the list with Views.
- To create a sub-folder, hover over the Folder name, click the ⋮ button and select Add Folder.
- If you want to move an existing View into a folder, you hover over the View name, click the ⋮ button, select Edit View, select the correct folder in the Save in Folder drop-down menu and click Update View.
- Change the name of an existing (sub-)folder by hovering over the Folder name, clicking the ⋮ button and selecting Edit Folder.
- To delete a (sub-)folder and all it's content, hover over the Folder name, click the ⋮ button and select Delete Folder.
3. Access your Views
- You can access you Views by opening the My Views submenu, under the Product Prices menu.
- Depending on whether or not you use folders to organize your Views, you will see your Folders and Views organized in an alphabetical list.
- Browse the list or use the search bar, at the top of the list, to find a specific View by name.
- The search bar is not case-sensitive and works even on a partial match. Simply start typing the name of you View and the list of View will instantly show only those Views that match your search term.
Click the desired View to open it.
The workspace will automatically update and display the View’s saved filters, columns, and layout.
The name of your View will be shown at the top of the page and replaces the 'Recommendations' that is normally shown at the top the page.
4. Update your View
After creating and using your Views, you may want to update your Views. Depending on what you want to update there are different steps to follow.
- Access the View that you want to update.
- Change the filters, shown columns, sorting and/or layout as needed.
- Click the ⋮ button at the top of the page next to the View name, and select Save View or Save as a New View depending on what you want to do.

- If you only want to the change the View Name or folder location, without making any other changes, you need to use the Edit View option.
- You can access the Edit View either via the ⋮ button at the top of the page or via the ⋮ button that is shown for each View in the My Views list.
5. Share your View
Users can share Views with each other within the QL application.
- The 'sharing' user simply accesses the View that you want to share, and selects the Share View option. Similar to the Edit View, this option is available via ⋮ button at the top of the page or in the My Views list.
- A new pop-up window will open, and here you can select the team members with whom to share your View.
- If you already shared you View you will see the names of the 'shared' team members in the pop-up window.
- You can remove a 'shared' team member by using the 'Remove' option or unselecting the team member in the drop-down list.
- Click the Share View button to save your changes.
The 'shared' user will see the Shared Views submenu, under the Product Prices menu.
- A Shared View can not be changed by the 'shared' user, but the 'shared' user can Save as a New View and then make any changes to the new View.
- If the 'shared' user doesn't want to see the Shared View anymore, he can simply choose Delete View via the ⋮ button at the top of the page or in the Shared Views list.
- This delete action will also remove the name of 'shared' user in the Share View pop-up window of the 'sharing' user.
