Send to Pricing

The "Send to Pricing" feature in the Quicklizard Application allows you to re-generate price recommendations outside of the regular scheduled pricing process. It gives you full flexibility, control, and clarity when sending products to pricing.

Main Benefit: You can send up to 1,000 products to pricing in a single action.

If your current view contains more than 1,000 products, the “Send all items to pricing” action will be disabled.
You may need to apply filters and/or manually select products before sending them to pricing.

Key Notes

• You always know exactly which products are being sent to pricing.

• You cannot send a random sample — all actions are based on manual selection or filtered results.

• Sending products to pricing is billed according to your agreement with Quicklizard.
  Please consult your account manager or admin for billing details.

Option 1: Send All Products in View (When Fewer Than 1,000)

If your current view contains fewer than 1,000 products, you can send all products to pricing in one step.

Steps:

1. Click the Actions button.

2. Select Send all items to pricing from the drop-down list.

3. Confirm your choice by clicking Yes in the confirmation window.

4. The system will send the products to pricing and update the recommendations once available.

5. A processing message will appear in the top bar — you can cancel the action while the message is visible.

   

Option 2: Filter Products and Send to Pricing

If your view contains more than 1,000 products, or you want to focus on a specific subset, you can narrow down the list using filters.

Steps:

1. Apply filters to narrow down the product list.

2. Once your filtered view includes fewer than 1,000 products, click the Actions button.

3. Select Send all items to pricing from the drop-down list.

4. Confirm your choice by clicking Yes in the confirmation window.

5. The filtered products will be sent to pricing, and updated recommendations will appear once available.

6. A processing message will appear in the top bar — you can cancel the action while the message is visible.

   

Option 3: Manually Select Products to Send to Pricing

You can manually select specific products to send to pricing, with or without applying filters first.

Steps:

1. (Optional) Apply filters to narrow down the product list.

2. Use the checkboxes to the left of each product name to select up to 1,000 products.

3. Click the Actions for selected button.

4. Select Send X items to pricing from the drop-down list (where X is the number of selected products).

5. Confirm your choice by clicking Yes in the confirmation window.

6. The selected products will be sent to pricing, and updated recommendations will appear once available.
