Margin calculation
The margin is calculated based on the following calculation:
(Shelf price without VAT - Cost) / Shelf price without VAT * 100
What Went Wrong?

Check if the product cost is updated correctly on the product.
The margin will not be calculated if it is unavailable in the dashboard.

Check your VAT.
The VAT is updated in two locations:-
Global settings (only 'account manager' and 'setting manager' can access)

On a product level
- Make sure the VAT is updated as an integer.
- If the VAT is updated on the product level in the global settings, the product level overrides the global

📝 Please note that without cost (or equivalent attribute), you cannot set 'Auto Accept' for recommendations. |
