Prerequisites
- This feature is accessed by "Account Manager".
- If you are your company's first platform user, please get in touch with QL.
- Each user can be related to only one account.
Create New User
On the QL platform, on the left bar, click 'Admin' and then press 'Users.'
2. Click on 'Add User' on the upper right side.
3. Fill in the new User's email address.
4. Assign the user a role.
5. Assign access limit
6. Click Save
Users Permissions
Choose the relevant role according to the table below. You can change the roles at any time.

Limit the user access
'Limit access' allows you to create users with access to a specific client-key/channel/group etc. This way, your users will see only what they need to perform their tasks.
What's Next?
When you click 'Save,' the new user will receive an email to set up his password.
Once the user sets his password, he can use the QL Platform.
